Fireworks Permits
In the Resort Village of Kivimaa-Moonlight Bay, a permit is required before setting off any fireworks. This helps ensure the safety of residents, protects property, and reduces the risk of wildfires.

Safety Requirements
Permit holders must follow all safety guidelines, including:
- Fireworks may not be set off during a Fire Ban.
- Permits must be approved prior to use.
- Fireworks must only be discharged in safe, open areas.
- Adults (18+) must be present and responsible for supervision.
Submitting Your Application
Completed applications can be submitted to the Village Office by email at rvkmb@myaccess.ca or in person. Applications should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.
